The overall styling for each OS of the doorhanger notification, including the remember password notification is covered in bug 577927, Adjust appearance of Doorhanger notification pop-up to match mockups. Also see bug 567814 comment 41.

However you might want to keep this bug for the specific case of the icon in the password notification.

FWIW, in addition to the pixellation, I believe the icon is cropped a little bit on Linux.  Look at the upper-right and lower-left corners here: https://bug596247.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=475096
